Our farm Bauernhof Kagerer is set in a quiet, sunny and secluded location at 720 m above sea level and 2.5 km from the village of Gutau. If the weather conditions are right, you can marvel at the panoramic view of the Alps in the distance! Our farm is the perfect place to relax in nature.
You wouldn’t guess that our small but nice spa area used to be a barn for pigs. This oasis of well-being leaves nothing to be desired! It’s the unique combination of farming experiences and recreation that will make you escape from everyday life and enjoy quality time together! Calm down, relax and unwind in our:

Since 2012, we offer our guests 2 fully accessible, modern holiday apartments on the ground floor (45 m² and 56 m² resp.) feat. floor heating, open-plan kitchen and living area, bathroom, toilet, hall, bedroom (1 and 2 resp.) and wood burning stove. Every apartment has a private covered terrace.
Also the little ones find enough diverse activities and adventures on our farm. Far away from the street, they can romp and play to their heart’s content. There are a lot of animals to feed, love and pet. Find new friends on the playground, speed around on the pedal cars, jump into a bunch of hay and build secret hideaways in the forest. Who can tell the most exciting stories around the evening campfire?

There are a lot of animals to feed, love and pet. In winter, you can go on a toboggan or sleigh ride, build a snowman or igloo or take a winter walk through the snow-covered landscape. Afterwards, you can get cosy next to the fireplace. Cross-country ski trail in the village and in the immediate vicinity. There’s a public indoor pool and sauna in the village.
