The heart of your self-catering holiday awaits in our fully equipped kitchen. Boasting a large refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The highlight is the traditional tiled stove which serves as the central heating unit.  A water kettle and coffee machine are also provided.

Evenings are best spent in the inviting 'Bauernstube,' our traditional  living and dining area. The comfortable corner bench is perfect for sharing a glass of wine, engaging in conversations, or enjoying board game nights.

Our spacious bathroom features a shower, washbasin, toilet, and a washing machine. Ample fluffy towels are always provided for your comfort.

Upstairs, you'll discover two bedrooms: one double room and a versatile triple room with three single beds. An additional living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, expanding the sleeping capacity up to 7 guests. Bed linen is included. For our youngest guests, a crib/cot is also available upon request.

Embrace the outdoors from your balcony or the ground-level terrace directly in front of the house. Both offer magnificent views of green forests and meadows. Spend summer evenings watching the sunset, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and observing nature's beauty. A barbecue grill and fire pit are at your disposal. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for 5 standard guests and a maximum capacity of 7, it's ideal for families, groups, or a romantic escape.
