Idyllic and practical
Our farm is surrounded by meadows, water and forests – perfect for a relaxing vacation, especially for everyone who wants to enjoy their holidays far away from the hectic outside world. Our flats are perfect for families and friends and are partly located in the farmhouse and in the Jandl country house 100m away.
An experience for the whole family
Here on our farm, you will be able to experience country life for yourself. During our barn visits in the afternoon, we invite you to join us and learn more about life and work on the farm. Our cows, goats, hens, rabbits, cats and horses look forward to meeting you!
In summer, our cows get to spend a holiday of their own up at our alpine pastures. Once again, you are welcome to accompany us as we pay them a visit up there.
Our surroundings
Wagrain offers a wide variety of activities for fans of outdoor sports, adventurers, families and nature lovers. From mountain bike trails and attractive hiking routes, to everything imaginable for a perfect winter getaway. The ski bus stops right in front of the "Jandlbauer", bringing you in just 2 minutes to the valley lift terminal of the "Rote Achter".
Right next to the Jandlbauer, in the evening you have the opportunity to enjoy regional specialties and homemade pizzas at Pizzeria Schwaighofwirt.

The apartments are located in Schwaighof- Wagrain only 800m from the ski lift ,,Rote Achter Gondel". The bus stop for the free skibus is right next to the Appartement Jandlbauer . The Tauernloipe, 150m away, awaits you for cross-country skiing. The apartments offer free parking and are located next to the Schwaighofwirt restaurant and pizzeria, just 100 metres from the main road. The Appartments Jandlbauer are partner of the Wasserwelt Wagrain! In winter the entrance is free of charge for 3 hours.
During our barn visits in the afternoon, we invite you to join us and learn more about life and work on the farm. All of our animals – including cows, goats, hens, rabbits, cats and horses – love to be petted and pampered by guests, young and old. In summer, the cows spend a holiday of their own on our alpine pastures. You are welcome to tag along as we pay them a visit.
