Hütte am Bach: An Idyllic Alpine Cabin

Welcome to Hütte am Bach, your idyllic alpine cabin in the picturesque region of Graz, Styria. Here you’ll find the perfect getaway surrounded by nature and rural tranquility. It’s the ideal retreat for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation—and it’s perfect even in winter.

The Hütte am Bach is located right next to our idyllic organic farm! For generations, we have been dedicated to sustainable suckler cow farming as a sideline. Here, you’ll experience authentic country life, surrounded by nature and our animal residents: cattle graze in the meadows, hardworking chickens and lively ducks bring the farm to life, and our charming quails, along with our friendly dogs and cats, are eager for some petting.

We, the Amschl family—Franz, Renate, Kristina, Lukas, and Grandma Elfi—welcome you personally and are happy to share the joy of farm life with you to make your stay unforgettable.

The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and a coffee maker, where you can prepare your own meals. Relax on the wooden terrace or in the spacious garden with a lawn. Bedding is, of course, provided. You can also take advantage of free Wi-Fi.

Please note that pets are not allowed in our cabin and no meals are provided, as the cabin is ideal for self-catering.

At our organic farm, you can experience authentic country life surrounded by a variety of charming animals: grazing cows with their calves, friendly dogs, playful cats, busy chickens, lively ducks, and charming quails bring our farm to life.
