Our farm Holzbauer is situated in a very quiet side valley of the Enns Valley, away from main roads, making it particularly ideal for walking, hiking, mountain biking, or simply relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. As we are a small business, you can tailor your holiday entirely to your own need for peace and quiet.

Our farmhouse produces high-quality food. We have cattle, chickens, goats, and cats that need to be cared for daily. Guests are very welcome to join in. Helping out in the stable in the mornings and evenings is particularly popular with our younger guests: collecting eggs, looking after the goats, feeding hay, mending fences, and then watching the stars by the campfire in the evening.
About Us
The Holzbauerngut farm is located 5 km from Grossraming in the Pechgraben area. Surrounded by pastures and forests, our farm is well suited as a base for walks and cycling tours in the Kalkalpen National Park. Located on a sunny hill, the holiday apartment enjoys a wonderful view of the valley and the surrounding mountain ridges.
On our farm you will find cows, which spend summer on the pastures that surround the farmhouse. Goats, hens and cats also reside on the farm and like having visitors.
A large garden to relax in and a play area for kids to run riot in are available.

In winter peace and quiet come to our farm! In Großraming the cross-country ski runs are well groomed when there is enough snow coverage, and in Oberland 20 km away the Forsteralm ski area can be explored. In addition, our farm's meadows and paths are great places for sledging and snow hiking. Furthermore, the Kalkalpen National Park offers guided tours in the national park area such as those for snowshoeing or wildlife feeding.

On our farm there currently reside about 14 cows. In summer they can be found on the pastures surrounding our farmhouse. You will also find hens, goats, several cats and until mid-august a lot of swallows.
