• Sustainable organic suckler cow husbandry: Our herd of Simmental and Limousin cattle lives in harmony with the rhythm of the seasons. Births are planned so that the calves are born directly on the farm in autumn – safely back from the alpine pasture drive. The animals enjoy the winter completely free in the open-front barn with 24-hour access to the snow-covered pasture. In spring, the young offspring head up to the alpine pasture to grow strong and healthy amidst lush alpine grasses and herbs. At around 10 months of age, our young cattle, fresh back from the alpine pasture, are handed over to rearing farms – and the cycle begins anew.
• Award-winning horse breeding with heart & genetics: Our pride is the Pinto Warmblood breeding for dressage and show jumping. Our breeding successes speak for themselves: Our foundation mare “La Stella” was awarded as an Elite Mare and has already produced several state and federal champion foals! Together with our homozygous skewbald stallion (natural cover), we guarantee expressive, beautifully marked offspring at an absolute top level.
