About Us
At the Hepi Lodge, adventure for the whole family takes center stage. In addition to our small, lovely playground, a varied weekly program awaits you, personally designed by our host and mountain guide Pepi.
Whether it's taster climbing, bouldering on the alpine pasture, or guided via ferratas – mountain lovers of all ages will get their money's worth here. In the barn, you can also try archery, play table tennis, or test your skills on the climbing wall.
It's not just children who experience unforgettable moments with us – adults will also find their perfect spot to unwind. After long hikes, our outdoor sauna and the freestanding bathtub with a unique panoramic view invite you to relax.
In recent years, we have focused intensively on permaculture and high-altitude cultivation. Therefore, we offer a short weekly guided tour with insights into our CBD hemp cultivation and our permaculture gardens. In addition, you have the opportunity to harvest herbs, fresh salad, and vegetables directly on-site yourself.

About Us
Immerse yourself in a magical winter landscape far away from mass tourism. Our lodge is the perfect starting point for ski tours, winter and snowshoe hikes, toboggan rides, or simply for carefree hours in the snow.
After an eventful day, our outdoor wellness area invites you to relax.
In recent years, we have focused intensively on permaculture and high-altitude cultivation. Therefore, every week we offer exciting insights into our CBD hemp cultivation, its processing, and the opportunity to get to know our products during a small tasting session.
Farm products and catering
In our lovingly run farm shop, you will find a diverse range of fresh, seasonal products directly from our own farm. From homemade jams, juices, and bread to our own farm eggs – here you will discover everything your heart desires.
The assortment is complemented by a large selection of high-quality foods such as milk, butter, yogurt, cheese, bacon, and much more, which we source from regional farmers in our area.
As a family business, we also cultivate CBD hemp, whose carefully processed products are also available in our farm shop.
Animals
Focusing on the Hepilodge, we have livestock that support us in our permaculture philosophy. Such as ducks for slug control, chickens for loosening the soil and slug reduction, sheep for pasture fertilization, as well as a dog and cat that enhance the well-being at the Hepilodge.

The "Schöne Seefrau" is our most spacious holiday apartment and a true home away from home on a generous 75 m². Ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people, it offers two separate, cozy bedrooms: one with two comfortable double beds and another with a single bed. An additional sofa bed in the living area provides flexible sleeping options. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy cooking together with a 4-ring stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The modern bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower and a hairdryer. Enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape from here or from the garden. For the comfort of our little guests, a children's bed and a cot are available, and towels as well as a radio are of course provided. This non-smoking apartment promises a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

This lovingly furnished studio features a harmoniously designed living and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 3 people. A baby cot or crib is gladly available upon request.
The fully equipped kitchenette invites you to self-cater and includes a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, and fresh towels and bed linen are of course included.
A special highlight is your private balcony, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the entire valley and the majestic surrounding mountains – the perfect place for relaxing hours. Arrival
If you come from Innsbruck:
Take the A13 towards Bozen/Brenner. We continue on E45. Take the Pustertaler Staatsstraße/E66 exit. Follow this to the Austrian border. Once you have crossed the border, turn onto Gailtalstr. at Tassenbach. B111 off. After 31 km turn right to Obergail.
If you come from Salzburg:
Take the A10/55 slip road to Graz/Villach and stay on the A10 for 96 km. Take exit 139 to Lienz/Lendorf E66 towards B100 Lienz/Lendorf. In Oberdrauburg turn left onto the B111 Gailtalstraße. Follow the road to Kötschach Mauthen. In Kötschach Mauthen turn right onto the B111. After 20 km turn left towards Obergail, where you will reach your destination after 3 km.
