Our farm is located in the beautiful Habachtal near Bramberg am Wildkogel, right in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park region in Salzburger Land. Here you can enjoy peace, nature, and a magnificent view of the mountains. Around our farm, there's plenty of space to relax, play, and breathe deeply. At the same time, our farm is an ideal starting point for many excursions and experiences in the surrounding area.

The Hauserhof is a traditionally managed farm with real agriculture and a warm atmosphere. We operate as a full-time dairy farmer, cultivating around 30 ha of meadows & 300 ha of alpine pastures. Things are down-to-earth, family-oriented, and uncomplicated here. We love life in the countryside and want to share this feeling with our guests. Whether you're with family, friends, or a group – you'll find a cozy break at the farm with us.

For your holiday, cozy rooms and lovingly furnished holiday apartments are available. Whether it's a double room, family room, or apartment for several people – everyone will find the perfect holiday home with us. Our accommodations are practically equipped, comfortably furnished, and ideal for relaxing days on the farm.

Cows, calves, pigs, and more – there's always something to do

There's plenty for both young and old to discover on our farm. Our guests are warmly invited to visit the stable, help with milking, feed the sheep, or give milk to the calves. Mathias is happy to provide information and insights into daily farm life. Our farm is home to dairy cows, calves, sheep, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and geese. For children, there's plenty of space to play on the large, fenced meadow directly in front of the farmhouse. The playground offers a large trampoline, a swing, a large sandpit, and large and small go-karts. Deck chairs and cozy shaded spots behind the hedges invite you to relax.

In summer, farm life is particularly lively. Our pig gang spends the warm season at the Enzianhütte in Habachtal. There, they can roam freely, are a popular photo motif, and even let themselves be petted. Around our farm and in the surrounding area, there are many wonderful opportunities for a varied holiday.

In winter, our farm is an ideal starting point for eventful days in the snow. The longest illuminated toboggan run is only a 5-minute drive away. Directly in front of the house, a cross-country ski trail starts with suitable snow conditions. The ski lifts of the Wildkogel-Arena can also be reached in just a 5-minute drive, and the Panoramabahn Hollersbach in about 10 minutes. Three great winter examples are tobogganing, skiing, and cross-country skiing directly from the farm.

At our farm, you can enjoy fresh milk, eggs, and cheese from our own agriculture. Additionally, there are homemade schnapps and liqueurs, including Swiss pine, gentian, fruit brandy, and Lisbethchen. This way, you can taste genuine farm products and take a piece of your vacation home with you.

On our farm live dairy cows, calves, sheep, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and geese. As a full-time dairy farm, life with animals is naturally an integral part of our daily routine. In summer, our pig gang is out and about at the Enzianhütte in Habachtal. There they are allowed to roam freely, can be petted, and are a popular photo opportunity for young and old.
