The chalet is a pure timber construction, plastered with clay, furnished with high-quality solid wood and surrounded by carefully selected natural materials. A green roof blends harmoniously into the landscape and underlines the sustainable character of the house.

On 110 m² of living space and a 60 m² covered terrace, you can enjoy your personal time out – quiet, healthy and close to nature.
A place to breathe deeply, slow down and feel good.

To make your time out perfect, a holistic well-being program awaits you:
Relax in the Physiotherm infrared cabin, regenerate body and mind and treat yourself to conscious peace and quiet. Cosmetic and wellness treatments in the neighboring building as well as other lovingly selected offers complement your personal pampering program.

The Bio Chalet Haus Wagner is an extraordinary holiday home with a soul.
More than just a cozy home – it is a piece of living history that dates back almost 500 years.

The historic vaulted stone cellar tells of many lives: once a place of brandy production, a shelter during the war years, later a saddlery and a storage cellar for potatoes and flowers. Today, it is waiting to be brought back to life.

About Us

"Haus Wagner" in Niederndorf.

Your vital & wellness holiday!  Infrared cabin, aroma treatments, cosmetics, personal trainer,...

At this beautiful sunny spot, you are king and queen. From the covered terrace, you can admire the beauty of our Kaiser Mountains, the "Zahmer Kaiser".

A small stream flows in front of our house - romantic - and yet you are right by the village of our cozy, small Niederndorf in the Unterland. Easily accessible by public transport. There is a forest behind the house.

We are at the foot of the pilgrimage mountain "Hechenberg". The summit is crowned by a beautiful, small chapel called "Maria Heimsuchung". Walking time approx. 45 mins. Around the church square, you will find all kinds of shops, just a 2-minute walk away.

Ideally suited for your vital and relaxing holiday, with an infrared cabin right in your bathroom, available for daily use.

My wellness studio is in the neighboring building, everything you need to recharge your beauty and energy.

Non-smoking house, dogs on request if they are well-behaved and polite, just like our Aria, a female Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Pferdestodl (horse stable) approx. 1km away!

Easily accessible via a walking and cycling path. A very nice walk down to the stable.

FEBS riding pedagogy can be booked additionally, as well as other offers or childcare.

Our animals look forward to your visit and plenty of cuddles, they love to be petted.

Public arrival by train, Oberaudorf (D) or Kufstein (A) station,  public bus transport is free of charge with the KufsteinerlandCard, or pick-up.

You are also very welcome on your bike tour, we are located directly on the Inn Cycle Path. Locked bicycle & ski room.

By car, exit the A12 at Kufstein Nord, head towards Ebbs, then continue to Niederndorf. Go straight across the intersection there, turn left down after the Gasthof Post/Gastgarten (looking for a tenant), and you will drive directly towards your holiday home. Or take the Oberaudorf exit, go straight ahead to the aforementioned intersection, turn left after the Gasthof...
