The surprise gift on arrival!

We have a comfortable holiday apartment for two to four people. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area with a kitchen. Everything is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment also has a balcony with a special glass-enclosed veranda. Here you can sit sheltered and enjoy the beautiful mountain views at any time of the day. With that is the apartment ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to enjoy peace and nature together.

Haus Lentsch is located in Kaunerberg, close to Kaunertal. From the house, you can step straight into nature. There are plenty of hiking routes nearby, from easy walks to more challenging mountain tours. The area is also well suited for cycling and mountain biking. It’s a quiet location in the middle of the mountains, but with a lot to explore in the surroundings.

Haus Lentsch is also a small family-run dairy farm. During your stay, you will definitely get a glimpse of daily farm life. Enjoy the fresh milk, eggs from the chickens, and homemade as well as regional products. The calves are curious and love to be petted, and there are also rabbits living on the farm.

In short: a beautiful, peaceful place in the middle of the mountains, with plenty of opportunities to experience something new every day. Ideal for anyone who enjoys being outdoors!

Homemade sauerkraut and organic potatoes

We care about sustainability:

The bedrooms in the holiday apartment are made of local solid wood and are chemical-free.
Our garden vegetables and berry bushes are grown with natural fertilizer, and we use mixed planting to keep pests away.
We pick blueberries and cranberries from the Kaunergrat Nature Park, right here in our area.
Our cows are fed with our own organic hay and a small amount of organic grain. In spring and autumn they graze on our home pastures, and in summer on the mountain pasture.
We heat with wood from the nearby community forest, which is replanted every year.
Solar panels cover almost half of our electricity use.
We separate all waste as a normal part of daily life.

In the barn live our cows with the young cows and calves. Our chickens give us fresh eggs every day. Our three rabbits make our garden even more cozy!

From mid-June to mid-September, our cows go on holiday to the Falkaunsalm, and the young cattle and calves move to the home pasture.

The holiday apartment Lentsch with a breathtaking view, is 65 m² in size and consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and central heating, plus underfloor heating in the bathroom and hallway. From all rooms, there is direct access to the balcony with a glass-enclosed veranda on two sides, offering you additional space to relax.

The kitchen is practically equipped: with a SodaStream, dishwasher including tabs, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, and a variety of spices. Cooking and dining utensils, hand and dish towels are all provided.

You will arrive and immediately feel at home: everything is fully furnished and offers all you need for a comfortable stay.

Directions via Fernpass: Imst – Landeck – Prutz. Then turn left towards Kaunertal. At the end of the village, turn left again to Kauns and continue up to Kaunerberg. At the bus stop in Kaunerberg, go about 50 m straight ahead and then turn left up to the school. Two more bends up the road and you will arrive at your holiday destination!
