Our small farm HausLehen is idyllically and quietly situated on a sunny hillside in St. Koloman, in the beautiful Salzburger Land. Surrounded by meadows and forests, you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy nature here. The view of the Trattberg is breathtaking – especially at breakfast on the balcony or in the garden.

We manage our farm with great joy and in harmony with nature. Our farm has been family-owned for generations – over the years, a small estate has become a place for relaxation, animal love, and family hospitality. Today we keep Tyrolean mountain sheep, rabbits, chickens, and a tomcat – all look forward to your visit! 

For children, our farm is a real experience: they can watch the feeding, get up close with our animals, or race across the meadows on a sled. In summer, our garden with a swimming pool (May to September) invites you to swim. Sun loungers, shady spots, a barbecue area, and a campfire make your stay particularly cozy.

The holiday apartment in the attic offers a magnificent view and is perfect for couples or families. Enjoy your breakfast with the morning sun and plan your next hike directly from here.

In summer, you are in the middle of a hiking paradise in St. Koloman. Directly from HausLehen, you can embark on numerous hikes, bike tours, or Nordic walking trails. Popular destinations include the Trattberg, the Regenspitz, or the Schmittenstein – with fantastic views over the Salzburger Land. After an active day, our garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue area, and campfire invites you to relax. Those seeking more relaxation will find it in the Aqua Salza thermal baths in Golling or the Kur-Therme Bad Vigaun – both just a few kilometers away.

In winter, things are quieter but no less exciting here. The meadows around the farm transform into a winter playground – perfect for tobogganing, building snowmen, or sledding. Just 1 km away, you'll find a groomed cross-country ski trail on a high plateau, with a magnificent view of the Salzach Valley and the Tennengebirge. St. Koloman is ideal for cross-country skiing, winter hiking, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. Skiers can reach well-known Salzburg ski resorts such as Dachstein-West, Abtenau, Werfenweng, Flachau, Hochkönig, or Eben im Pongau in about 30 minutes by car. Ski tours to the Trattberg or surrounding peaks are also possible – usually with low avalanche risk.

Our house is also easily accessible by public transport. A hiking bus, bicycle rental, and good bus connections make your stay flexible even without a car. The nearest shopping facility is only 900 m away.
