About Us
The "Grosserhütte" enjoys a quiet and sunny location with beautiful far-reaching views of the Zirbitzkogel. Sports enthusiasts will find a paradise here: Mountain bikers and hikers will be able to explore the natural surroundings from the cabin.
The parlour: The large open-plan room is perfect for cosy evenings in and creates a sense of pure relaxation. There is also a bed, which has been skilfully integrated into the room. A television is also available.
The kitchen: The masonry heater is activated from here, which bestows its warmth throughout most of the rooms. All kitchen utensils are provided. The kitchen also offers a cooker with oven; plates and crockery are of course provided.
The bathrooms: The two bathrooms are equipped with a bath tub, shower, WC and a washbasin with mirror. A second WC is located in the vestibule of the cabin.
The double room: The large and spacious double room is one of the highlights of our Grosserhütte. A big double pine bed and views of our local mountain, the Zirbitz, make for the perfect alpine feeling.
The children's room: The children's room can be accessed from both the parlour and the vestibule. It is a pretty, airy room with a small seating area, offering enough space for painting and playing.
The nearest town of St. Wolfgang (with a small grocery store) is approx. 2 km away, while the market town of Obdach is approx. 10km.
There is enough space outside for a BBQ and a cosy campfire - simply perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself.

About Us
Our Grosserhütte offers a quiet and sunny location with beautiful far-reaching views of the Zirbitzkogel. There is plenty of space in front of the cabin to run around or build a snowman, for a snowball fight, tobogganing or sledging. The tiled stove in the cosy parlour provides enough warmth for the cabin.
In the greater surrounding area of the alpine cabin, you can also find ski lifts. Including a family ski region which offers skiing/snowboarding lessons for beginners .

Thanks to our organic farm we are able to offer an alpine cabin for guests who are interested in nature and the environment.

You can see the quality as well as the interplay between nature, man and animal in the happy livestock grazing on the pastures in summer.
Further products such as fish, Steirerkäse (Styrian cheese, depending on the season), butter, pork specialities or Swiss pine schnapps can be purchased from us on request.

Coming from the S36: Exit at Zeltweg West. Turn left and drive to the roundabout. Take the first exit and follow the street. At the next roundabout, take the second exit and drive to Obdach.
Drive directly into the town of Obdach and turn right at the Raiffeienbank. Now follow the road. After several kilometres, you will reach a fork in the road. Drive right. From the church in St. Wolfgang, there is a road upwards (there are signs).
Now follow the road and turn left at the next fork.
