You simply could not get any closer to the ski area! You arrive by the Fleissalm tunnel railway (Tunnelbahn) and strap on your skis right in front of the alpine cabin where you are staying! At mid-day and in the afternoon - all day visitors have to leave the alpine pastures when the ski lifts close - the finest delicacies are served in the neighbouring restaurants. In summer you can begin your walks through the high mountains right in front of the alpine chalet! Then you can simply relax in the wonderfully comfortable and cosy chalet and watch the wildlife in the evening.   Farmer Hans will also accompany you on ski trips or ski tours in winter and to observe the chamois and alpine ibexes in the summer. Hunting guests are also warmly welcomed! Location: Immediately next to the Fleissalm valley station, below an access road to an alpine meadow. 4.5 km from Heiligenblut, 3 km of which is along a good gravelled road.  In winter access is only by the tunnel railway (last trip ends at 3 p.m.). Amenities:  A very generously proportioned holiday chalet in old Sennhütte. Breakfast kitchen, electric cooker, large lounge, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, TV and radio. One double bedroom, as three bed bedroom and a children's bunk bed made of Swiss stone pine. Large shower room with WC, additional WC. Fabulous dining in the adjoining "Ski Hut!" There is a ski instructor in the hotel. Bed linen, hand towels and washing up a drying towels are all provided.
