Don't forget to pack your hiking boots!

Enjoy the warmth of the morning sun from the wooden bench on the little balcony. You will be looking down on the locality of Mörtschach from an altitude of 1250 m, where our mountain farm lies high above the valley.

The Suntinger holiday apartment has been lovingly constructed in the old farmhouse. A hand-painted saying on the beam of the house, dated 1935, indicates that the farm folk of earlier days lived here very happily. Today the apartment offers every possible comfort, including modern kitchen and sanitary

facilities and three comfortable and spacious bedrooms. There's plenty of room for a family of six in this 120 m² space.

We don't have much, but that might be JUST what you need. 

We farm the steep fields around our mountain home ourselves. Our guests are most welcome to join us in our work and help to bring the sweet-scented hay into the barn, where we store feed for the winter for our milking cows.

The farm dog and cats are also looking forward to making your acquaintance.

Here in the Mölltal valley, you are right in the middle of the Hohe Tauern national park region. This area contains the highest mountains in Austria, including the Grossglockner. Extensive hiking trails lead past deep blue mountain lakes and thunderous rivers. A pleasant drive along the Grossglockner High Alpine Road will take you to a very special experience with the friendly local wildlife - wild marmots you can touch!

Our whole family - Daniela and Hannes (farmers), Genovefa and Gottfried (grandma and grandpa) and the three children - look forward to meeting you and showing you our enchanting home.
