For us, culinary enjoyment is more than just food – it is part of our farm life and a true piece of regionality.

On our farm, we produce fresh milk, creamy yogurt, homemade spreads, and fresh eggs with great care. In the summer months, sun-ripened berries complement our selection. In addition, there is fresh bread, fruity juices, lovingly homemade jams, and aromatic herbal salt made from our own herbs.

Our products are created with attention to detail and in harmony with nature. Regionality, freshness, and quality are our top priorities. Much of it comes directly from the farm – and everything is produced responsibly.

Especially at breakfast, our guests can look forward to honest, homemade specialties. Whether individually put together or served in a lovingly filled basket – this is how a holiday starts in a delightful and authentic way.

Time Out at the Farm – The Power of Quiet Moments

They are not grand wellness oases.
No spectacular stagings.

And yet, it is precisely these quiet places that unfold their own special power.

Under the old apple trees, time is allowed to slow down.
A shady spot to take a deep breath, read, or simply just be.

In the garden, under the willow tree, accompanied by the scent of lavender and thyme, a place is created that doesn't need to be loud to have an effect.

The pavilion offers space for quiet thoughts and brief meditations – sheltered, simple, and soothing.

At the edge of the forest, the forest swing invites you to feel a sense of lightness. A gentle sway, a gaze into the greenery, the rustling of leaves – often, that is all it takes.

And those who follow the forest path to the lake will quickly realize:

RELAX: Walk barefoot through the morning dew, be creative or simply unwind. Cuddle up in your bed again in the morning when you hear the birds singing outside. Be a child again. Inhale the scent of the forest on a walk, pick a bouquet of wild herbs and energise.

Relax underneath the apple tree while your children romp and play on the vast free space on our farm.

DISCOVER what nature has on offer! Our herb garden counts more of nature’s treasures every year. Tamara, farmer and botanical guide specialised in edible herbs will share her knowledge with guests of all ages, through play or in detail.

Play and understand. Everyone can crush a beetle but no professor in the world can create one.

Our animals are especially clever. They understand you, no matter if you’re from Germany, Austria or Italy.

Join farmer Gerhard and learn how milk is produced. Take a sip of fresh milk from the cow. It’s still warm! Our calves are especially funny. Their fuzzy tongue tickles when they lick your hand.

EXPERIENCE: Feeding the hens and collecting an egg for breakfast from the nest themselves makes children’s eyes sparkle with joy. Spoil our cows with fragrant grass hay and join a ride on the tractor ... a real adventure! Make yoghurt and bread rolls with farmer Tamara ... a great experience!

We and our animals produce the following food products for you...

Full flavour, delight and environmental protection. For generations, our work as farmers has committed us to think in harmony with nature. Agriculture is part of our identity. It’s important for us to allow our guests a comprehensible first-hand insight into our world.

We reconcile farming and environmental protection throughout the year.Our products are free from harmful substances, pesticides and antibiotics.

Breakfast in a box

Look forward to full flavour at breakfast. We purchase culinary delights that we do not produce on our farm from local producers in the same, high quality.

Choose from two lovingly prepared breakfast boxes with organic ingredients:

  • Family Power Box
    Home-made bread and rolls, cheese, fruit yoghurt, scrambled eggs, apple power juice, apple pastry with nut filling & more
  • Veggie Box
    Porridge with fruit sauce, herb juice, white cheese terrine, vegetable sticks & more

We deliver your pre-ordered box to your apartment door every morning at 7:30. All of our breakfast boxes are for 4 people. On request, we can adapt it for 2 people. Prices range between EUR 32 and 36 per box. You can also choose single products.

Animals

For breakfast, I’ll have an egg from my favourite hen and milk from my favourite cow....

Especially for our young guests, it’s a very special experience to make friends with our animals.

Our 27 dairy cows live on our farm all year long. We deliver our milk to the local dairy.

It’s very exciting to help farmer Gerhard when he’s working in the barn. Help him feed the large cows with fragrant grass hay or provide the little calves with fresh, warm milk.

Take a pitchfork and arrange a cosy bed of straw for the calves. That’s part of it too!

Feed the chicken with grain and water and collect an egg for breakfast from the nest yourself. That makes kids eyes sparkle with joy!

Arrival

On the motorway, take the exit “Windischgarsten”. Continue on the road B138 towards Windischgarsten.

Drive towards “Gleinkersee”

Then, turn right and go up the mountain on Seestrasse.
