Our Holiday Home Untergrünweg is located at 870 m above sea level on the Spielberg in Krispl-Gaißau, surrounded by meadows, forests, and unspoiled nature. Here you’ll have an entire house all to yourself – a special place for everyone who seeks peace, loves the outdoors, and wants to experience nature in its purest form.

The highlight: you’ll have your own house – completely independent, just for you – with plenty of space, cozy furnishings, and a unique view of the surrounding landscape. Perfect for letting your mind wander, reading a book, or starting the day on the terrace with birdsong and fresh mountain air.
Despite the idyllic seclusion, you’re still well connected: the town of Hallein is just 20 minutes away, Salzburg city about 30 minutes. This makes it easy to combine the tranquility of nature with cultural experiences.

Deer graze on the meadows around the holiday home, colorful butterflies flutter through the garden in summer, and birds raise their chicks in the nesting boxes.
