About Us
Our farm is in an idyllic location in the middle of the quiet countryside surrounding Semriach. Especially worth mentioning is the beautiful location and the view of the Grazer, our house mountain; the Schoeckel, and to Semriach. Children can safely play at our farm since there is no through traffic on or near our property.
You can experience the day-to-day realities of life on a farm firsthand with us. You are welcome to come along and attend every stall and feeding visit "live". We are always happy to explain everything about our animals you, while children experience and learn about life on the farm hands-on!
The vacation apartment is newly renovated and completely furnished. From the patio you will be able to see everything that is going on at the farm and the children's playground.
Hiking trailheads lead from the farm to the Kesselfall, the Lurgrotte, or to Peggau. We especially recommend hiking the Schöckel mountain. From there you will have a wonderful view to the city of Graz, into southeastern Styria, and to the mountains of Graz. Don't miss the chance to visit Graz with its Old Town, and the open-air museum in Stübing. Despite its quiet location, our farm is within a 2-minute drive to the town of Semriach, where you will find the public pool, and opportunities for shopping and eating nearby.

The cultural center of Graz, with its Christmas market and the ice manger, is always worth a visit. The closest skiing area is located on the Teichalm.
Since our farm, despite its quiet location, is only a two minute drive from Semriach, you will find opportunities for shopping and eating nearby.

Animals
Currently living at our farm: approximately 50 beef cattle, 15 dairy cows, oxen, yearling calves, new calves, 25 chickens, six cats, and a dog. The calves, the kitties, and our farm dog are especially happy when they receive attention and are petted!
