We're just a short 600-meter stroll from the Diedamskopf ski area's valley station and ski school, making it incredibly easy to hit the slopes. For even more adventure, Austria's largest ski area, Warth-Lech-Zürs-St. Anton, is effortlessly accessible via a convenient ski bus stop just 150 meters from your door. Prefer the Bregenzerwald's biggest slopes? Mellau-Damüls is a mere 10-minute bus ride away.
Beyond downhill thrills, discover a winter wonderland right outside our door. A pristine 30 km cross-country ski trail and countless enchanting winter hiking paths lead directly past our house. Nestled in the heart of a certified hiking village, our farmhouse serves as the perfect base for an array of memorable winter adventures.
And most importantly, we warmly welcome families! Children are at the heart of our hospitality.

Fresh cow's milk for the cocoa for breakfast? You can get it directly from us at the farm.
In our farm shop, we offer fresh products from our own production, including fresh eggs, homemade jams and other regional specialities. So our guests can take a piece of NigschHof home with them.
The shop of the Schoppernau mountain cheese dairy is just around the corner. Here you will find a large selection of regionally produced products such as cheese, yoghurt, jam, honey, syrup, juices, herbal salt and natural body care products.
If you are looking for something to eat on the farm, our village shop, which is within walking distance, offers you a full range of food and daily necessities.
Have you ever seen farm animals up close? Stroked? Pigs fed or ridden on a pony? At our farm you can do all this. We are looking forward to you!
What makes our farm special for Vorarlberg? The animals are to be found all year round at the home and you can also and especially in summer at the alp time with us "farm live experience".

Our holiday home with its 252m² living space is over 200 years old and the former community house in Schoppernau. It is located off the road, in the middle of the village and about 80m away from the farm. The rooms are on the first and second floor of the house. There is a spacious veranda for smokers.

Take the A14 and exit at Dornbirn Nord. At the roundabout take the second exit towards Bregenzerwald (L200). The L200 will lead you through the Achraintunnel into the Bregenzerwald. You drive through the communities Alberschwende, Egg, Andelsbuch. Pass Reuthe, Bezau and Mellau to Schoppernau. In Schoppernau turn right 50 metres after the Hotel Krone (left) to the Ferienbauernhof Nigsch. A small sign (Ferienbauernhof Nigsch) directly on the road (L200) will show you the way.
