The holiday home is idyllically situated on the hillside and offers a beautiful view of the valley. Access is convenient via an asphalted road, about 7 km from Mörtschach.
The amenities include a cozy eat-in kitchen with a seating area, a comfortable lounge suite, as well as an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and SAT-TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, and the toilet is separate. Furthermore, there is a double room, a very large balcony with magnificent views, and a garage available. The holiday home is bookable all year round.

From the spacious balcony, you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view up and down the valley. Directly from the house, you can reach beautiful alpine pastures – ideal for hiking in summer or for ski tours in winter, allowing you to relax and ascend to great heights.
