The "Lärchenhütte" holiday home, newly built in 2016, is located in a sunny, secluded location at 1,250m above sea level in Eastern Carinthia in the Lavanttal region. Our actively managed farm is located approx. 100maway.
Relax in a family-friendly style on a comfortable 110m² of living space with its own sauna and large sun terrace. The comfortably furnished holiday home offers plenty of space for up to 10 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a light-flooded living room with panoramic windows and an electric fireplace ensures a special feel-good effect on your family holiday. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a cosy, warm atmosphere all year round. Far away from the crowds of hotels, you and your family will find your very special holiday destination here. Let your soul unwind and enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the Koralpe.

A winter holiday just the way you want it…
Feel the wonderful winter peace in the beautiful, well-kept mountain landscape. Idyllic nature invites you to go winter hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or ski touring - off the slopes! In 11 minutes by car you reach the snow-sure ski area Weinebene. Small but nice and therefore ideal for families with children – here you can expect 50ha of slopes, 7 lifts including a magic carpet lift for beginners, a ski school & ski rental. Other ski areas in the surrounding area are the Koralpe ski area and Klippitztörl. (45 minutes by car). For cross-country skiers we recommend the Hebalmcross-country ski center (35 minutes by car).

Our special winter offers: Enjoy the magic of Christmas in the gentle Carinthian mountains! With a wonderfully fragrant Christmas tree from our forest and a plate of home-baked cookies, you can celebrate a quiet Christmas in the circle of your loved ones. Anyone who wishes is welcome to join farmer Franz for the traditional smoking ritual on Christmas Eve…
Family New Year's Eve on the farm As a highlight for the children, we organize a floodlit tobogganing evening on our home meadow. Right next to the toboggan run, there is mulled cider and tea by the Swedish fire to warm up. We welcome the new year with a joint firework display followed by a midnight buffet.
During the mid-term holidays, we organize night tobogganing with floodlights once a week as a highlight. An unforgettable experience for the whole family with lots of tobogganing fun directly at the farm!

Start your vacation day with a hearty farm breakfast (high season) in our cozy parlor in the main building or use our practical bread roll or breakfast basket service (year-round)for your cozy breakfast in the holiday home.
You can order at the time of booking or directly on site during your holiday. We are flexible - orders are possible up to one day in advance.
All of our petting animals, the horses and ponies are right at the farm all year round. The mother cows and their calves can be found on the meadows and pastures near our farm during the summer.

Take the Tauernautobahn motorway via Munich - Salzburg
at Villach, continue on the A2 motorway towards Klagenfurt - Graz
until the "Wolfsberg Nord" exit (approx. 1 hour away from Villach)
continue left to Frantschach/St. Gertraud
in St. Gertraud, turn right at the Kirchenwirt inn (yellow building) towards "Weinebene - Obergösel"
Please stay on the main road!
After approx. 8.5 km, you will see our sign on the left - a large wooden man
Opposite is the entrance to our farm
After 200 m, you have reached the Bauernhof Pension Juri.
2) Route via Passau-Regensburg (guaranteed traffic-free!!!)
Take the Passau - Regensburg - Wels route
Drive along the Phyrnautobahn "A9" motorway to St. Michael/Stmk.
leave the A9 and continue towards Judenburg via Leoben - Obdach - Bad St. Leonhard - St. Gertraud
At the entrance to St. Gertraud, turn left towards "Weinebene"
Please stay on the main road!

A2 motorway towards Graz-Klagenfurt to the "Wolfsberg Nord" exit
