Enjoy the apple ham or a liver spread. Perhaps also some head cheese cuts - particularly good with pumpkin seed oil.
This can be complemented with a glass of Uhudler wine or cider, and for the children a 'Bigerlasaft' (apple and grape juice) or apple and sour cherry juice!
Afterwards a selection of quality spirits such as Maschanzker apple brandy, Williams pear spirit or plum spirit, or even a fruity raspberry liqueur.
