Welcome to the Erbhof Fritzing. The farm is one of the oldest hereditary farms in the Kufstein region and invites you to feel good and enjoy.
The apartment was named after the farm's own "Feldalm" and was newly built and furnished in 2022. Due to the attention to detail and the many local furnishings, it promises a lot of comfort and space for the whole family.
In summer, an alpine hike to the farm's own alp is highly recommended. Once at the top, you can fortify yourself with homemade products and enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. You can also admire the cows from the Erbhof, which spend their summer vacations on the mountain pasture.

The apartment was named after the farm's own "Feldalm" and was newly built and furnished in 2022. Due to the attention to detail and the many local furnishings, it promises a lot of comfort and space for the whole family.
Due to the pleasant location near Walchsee, nothing stands in the way of a skiing vacation. After a day of skiing or a winter hike, a cup of warm cocoa on the large balcony of the apartment with the farm's own milk does body and soul good.

Farm products and catering
On the alpine pasture, fresh milk is used to make spicy alpine cheese, which must ripen for at least three months and can do so in peace in the earth cellar on the alpine pasture. In the cellar lie the cheese wheels, they are repeatedly rubbed with salt to stimulate the rind formation.
The tasty cheese can be purchased in June / July / August in the cheese dairy on the Feldalm and after the summer in the valley.
Animals
About 100 head of cattle from six farmers are on the alpine pasture, where they enjoy the variety of grasses and herbs. The cows are only four weeks on the high alp. Before and after that, they are on the Niederalm for a few weeks.
Six farmers drive their cows to the Feldalm every summer. They farm organically certified and process the milk of their cows directly on site.
In winter, the cows are at the farm.
