About Us
... a home away from home!
Our organic farm Edlmayrhof is located in the heart of the Mühlviertel, in a quiet and secluded setting, surrounded by lush nature. Two modern, newly built holiday apartments await you here, with room for up to 4 people (small apartment) and 6 people (large apartment).
Peace and quiet, rest and relaxation - our guests will find all of these things in our spacious and comfortable garden with a covered swimming pool - a real comfort zone! A trampoline and other playground equipment are available for our younger guests. Leave your day-to-day life behind you and take a leisurely stroll through the neighbouring woods where you can listen to the soft sounds of nature all around you.
Our good-natured family dogs and the other animals on our farm are looking forward to getting some tender loving care by our guests. You’re welcome to lend a hand in the barn! In summer, we organise regular barbecues with our guests - enjoy delicious home-made bread-on-a-stick and sausages. A cosy evening by the campfire.
A number of attractive destinations for outings and a variety of leisure activities await you in the region surrounding our farm:

The 60 m² holiday apartment was newly constructed in the spring of 2017 and is located on the first floor of the farmhouse. The apartment offers

Arriving by car *If you're coming from Vienna, turn off at St. Valentin and then head towards Pregarten via Mauthausen. Roughly 2 km before you reach Gutau, turn left down the "Schöferhof" private road and it's the 1st house on your left.
*If you're coming from Linz / Salzburg, drive along the Mühlkreisbahn until you reach the Unterweitersdorf exit, then continue via Pregarten as described above.By train:
Take the train to Kefermarkt. We will be happy to pick you up from there. By plane:
The closest airport is Linz / Hörsching.Again, we will be happy to organise transportation to our farm from there.
