On our organic farm, animals are a part of everyday life – calm, peaceful, and visible in different ways depending on the season. Our chickens live on the farm and provide fresh eggs. From May to October, sheep and cows can also be seen in the pastures around Ebner 1822. In winter, they are well cared for in our tenant's barn. The bees remain here all year round and are just as much a part of this place as the meadows, forest, and the natural pond.
Dogs are also welcome at Ebner 1822 – in two of our three nature houses. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog when making your booking, so that we can prepare the right house for you. Dogs are welcome around the natural pond; however, swimming in the pond itself is not allowed for dogs.
At Ebner 1822, the feeling of staying well begins with the materials. Our three nature houses are built from wood, straw and clay – with craftsmanship, experience and a clear focus on what truly matters.
Breathable construction, clay walls and warm wooden surfaces shape the atmosphere inside the houses. They create a calm, natural feeling that does not need many words. You notice it when you arrive.
Life on the farm remains simple in the best sense: short distances, a breakfast basket in the morning, the natural pond just outside, meadows and forest all around. Not a big promise – just a place shaped by what is already here.
