Davidhof

Welcome to the Davidhof organic farm!

Our Davidhof is located in the middle of the small community of Unternberg in the Lungau UNESCO Biosphere Park, surrounded by a hiking and cycling paradise and just a few kilometers from the Aineck/Katschberg and Großeck-Speiereck ski areas.

There is a lot going on at our organic farm. Our cattle, goats, pigs, bees, chickens, ducks, our dog and our cat keep us on our toes. We have been keeping suckler cows since 2001 and the calves spend time with their mothers. Of course, our farm animals also provide us with great products, honey, eggs, traditional Lungau organic Ächtleng and apple juice.

In the newly built outbuilding (approx. 100 m from the farmhouse) on the upper floor is the vacation apartment for up to 6 people. The tasteful furnishing of the apartment ensures a feel-good atmosphere from the very first minute. There is a barbecue in the garden in front of the apartment, where you can enjoy a cozy end to the summer evenings.

In summer, you can cycle along the River Mur or climb the mountains on a mountain bike. For hikers, there are countless mountain huts and crystal-clear mountain lakes that provide refreshing refreshment. For families, the various themed hikes and the Lungau Outdoor Park provide plenty of variety.

In winter, the ski bus takes you directly to the Aineck/Katschberg ski area and Obertauern and Fanningberg are also not far away. Ski tourers will find themselves in a ski touring Eldorado and for cross-country skiers there are 150 km of cross-country ski trails. Our guests who have left their skis at home can take advantage of the wellness facilities in Lungau or simply enjoy the clear and fresh mountain air on a walk.
