Spanning an expansive 280 m² over two floors, our spacious home provides ample room for up to 12 guests to relax and unwind. Perfectly situated on a large meadow in Ausserlitz, you're just a few minutes' walk from the vibrant town center, offering diverse shops, delightful restaurants, and convenient access to the train station with excellent bus connections. The ski bus stop is right at your doorstep, and private parking for up to 6 cars ensures easy arrivals and departures. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze. Gather for memorable meals and cozy evenings in the separate, traditional Montafon parlor dining room, complete with a TV. This floor also includes two comfortable double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, and an additional separate WC. Upstairs, discover a private wellness oasis with a sauna, shower, relaxation room, and infrared cabin – perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The upper floor hosts three additional bedrooms: one serene double bedroom and two versatile bedrooms each furnished with a double bed and a single bed. A spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, another separate WC, and a tranquil reading room with a TV and couch complete this level. The beautiful, old and carefully renovated, original Montafon house was built in 1665 and is a listed building. Despite the modern facilities, the rustic character of the house has been preserved.
On 280 m² of living space you can enjoy generous space for a relaxing holiday - just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Schruns - with all shopping facilities, restaurants, train station, ...
You live on 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, separate dining room in a Montafon parlour with TV, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine and 1 separate WC.
On the upper floor is the sauna with shower, relaxation room and infrared cabin, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 large bathroom with shower/WC, 1 separate WC and 1 reading room with TV and couch.
The Silvretta Montafon ski area is just a few minutes' walk away, as are perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails and winter hiking paths.
There is a ski cellar with ski boot warmer right in the house. The ski bus stop is right on our doorstep.

Take the A14 towards Innsbruck and exit at Bludenz-Montafon. After 15 minutes, after the Lidl, turn left in the direction of Bartholomäberg/Silbertal. You are now on Ausserlitzstrasse. The house is about 500 meters on the left.
