Relax in our garden and on the green meadow with view of our idyllic mountain landscapes. Marvelously refreshing turquoise-blue water from the mountains accumulates in our Saalach-Au, inviting you and your family to paddle, build dams and feel the invigoration flowing through your body. In the evening, toss a juicy steak on the grill and afterwards, sitting next to a crackling fire, enjoy the romance of those starry mountain nights.
Water – the world’s most precious resource…. running from all of our taps is fresh mountain water from our own spring. The new fresh-water system can be counted on to invigorate you, both with hot and cold water!

About Us
The Skicircus rotates in the Glemmtal. Climb into the more than 400 km of groomed slopes. You can also reach the "Hochalm" lift station without a private car. The ski bus leaves every 20 minutes and the skis and heated boots are already waiting for you in the in-house ski depot.
Ski tours or deep snow rides, sleigh rides or walks along the Saalach, the Maroldenhof is the ideal base camp for your sporting ambitions in winter.
Enjoy after a strenuous day of skiing in the infrared cabin or in our block sauna behind the house. No shower to cool down!! - let yourself fall into the freshly snowed powder snow.
Or build an igloo with the kids and have a snowball fight around the house.

We offer you eggs from our chicken. You can also pick herbs in the herbgarden for free.
Animals
20 ox's are living at the Maroldenhof, which are in the open air all summer long. In the winter months they are supplied with dried mountain grasses and herbs exclusively from our own areas. You can enjoy our slowly grown meat in the one or other ski hut.
Even our smalles farm residents don't miss out. Our dwarf rabbit Hoppel, Buffels and Schnuffel are happy, when the are stroked and feed. Our mini dwarf goats Heidi and Klara are also waiting for you.

Chalet Sepp
1 - 19 People
Chalet Sepp was built in 2019 and incorporates natural materials such as antique wood, natural stone and handwoven farmhouse linens. All things that are certain to affect you. The floorboards and all of the wood brought in from the old barn was hand-carved, planed and brushed. Our father Sepp had a great love and appreciation for the modern as well as traditional lifestyle. In honor of him and his work as a cabinetmaker and forestry worker, we named these rooms after him. Some of the objects remind us about him daily. Awaiting you here are:
