About Us
We are a certified baby and children's farm in Vorarlberg and we are very proud of this award.
Children are always very welcome at our farm. Children can expect a playing field with a large trampoline, slide, swing, pedal tractor, bobby car ... while from the comfort of a sun lounger parents can enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery and a cosy barbecue in the evening.
guided walks:
As a family you can participate in numerous guided walks free of charge. A hike at sunrise, a stream safari, barbecuing with the children by the Lutz, forest adventure trail, avalanche path ...
In summer:
On bookings of at least 3 nights you will receive the Bregenzerwald Card,
- Float past the most beautiful panorama peaks on the cable cars
- Bathing in the lidos (Au, Schoppernau, Bezau)
- Ride on all public buses free of charge and as often as you want.

About Us
Winter vacation with insights into the barn at the Bergerhof in Fontanella.
The mountain farm is located in the heart of Vorarlberg and is the ideal starting point for numerous winter activities. The ski areas Damüls-Mellau, Faschina and Sonntag-Stein can be easily reached in ten minutes by free ski bus or car.
Guided snowshoe hikes are offered free of charge in the region. Well-marked winter hiking trails lead you to cozy refreshment stops.
Families with children are very welcome on our farm. Farmer Georg is always happy when children with or without parents visit him in the barn. You can watch him milking and if you like you can try it yourself.
In winter we also offer our bread service.

You can get the following seasonally different products, which we produce ourselves, directly from our farm
- homemade jam
- fresh alpine butter
- mild and spicy cheese from the alpine dairy or from the alpine pasture
- Yoghurt from the farm in different varieties
- curd cheese balls in a glass
- eggs from free-range chickens
- fresh raw milk from the cow
- fresh meat from calves or young cattle
The village store with all other things of the daily need you reach by foot in 800 meters distance for your further purchases.
We run a small farm as a sideline. You are welcome to join us in the barn in the evening and feed the animals. You can expect during the winter months from October to May

In summer a hike to the Alpe Oberüberlut invites you to observe and marvel at the animals there.
The chickens and cats stay at the farm all year round.
