Hiking holiday in Austria! Stoder Valley offers a large variety of beautiful hiking trails. Our alpine inn is an ideal starting point for various hikes. No matter whether you decide on hiking through the nearby Steyerbergereith (cultivated alpine pastures) or the distinctive mountainscape of the Totes Gebirge, you will always be rewarded with magnificent panoramic views of the Stoder Valley mountain world.
Our four alpine cabins, which are located 30 m from our alpine inn, are also an ideal starting point for many hikes. Each alpine cabin can comfortably accommodate families of up to 8 persons. About Us
Family holidays in Austria: Our Almgasthof Baumschlagerberg, in Upper Austria, lies at an altitude of 1,020 m, in the idyllic, snowy Stodertal, not far from the skiing World Cup region of Hinterstoder. Our Alpine inn is family-run and child-friendly.
Family holidays in Austria offer lots of fun and adventure. Directly in front of the building is our own ski lift. Our "descent slope" is ideal for beginners and young children. Our ski bus will take you and your family safely to Hinterstoder, to the ski region of Höss, and back home again. Following a cold and perhaps tiring day of skiing, there is nothing to stop you enjoying our sauna area.
Our four alpine cabins, which are located 30 m from our alpine inn, offer rest and relaxation. Each alpine cabin can comfortably accommodate families of up to 8 persons.
