About Us
The place where you’re happy, that’s where your holiday beings. You’ll find this place on our farm!
On our family-friendly farm, we offer 3 holiday apartments for max. 4-6 people. Our farm is home to cattle, pigs, sheep, rabbits, cats, dwarf donkey “Joschi” and our dog “Hexi”. Join us and get to know everyday farm life! Or relax on our private beach at the lake that features a lawn for sunbathing. The waters are shallow here - ideal for children.
A holiday on our farm, that’s a wonderful combination of lakes and mountains topped with culinary delights of the Alps-Adriatic area. Sports, culture, relaxation - everything’s possible.
Diverse cycle routes and hiking trails invite you to get active during your holiday. Carinthia has a lot on offer. Explore countless attractions. We recommend the guest card “Kärnten Card”. It allows you to visit 100+ attractions for free.
Our guests get the local guest card for the Villach region for free. It also includes lots of free activities such as busses on which you can take your bikes, guided hikes, etc.

About Us
On our family-friendly farm, we offer 3 holiday apartments for up to 4 or 6 people, respectively.
Our farm is home to cattle, pigs, sheep, rabbits, cats, dwarf donkey “Joschi” and our dog “Hexi”.
Winter sports lovers only need to take a 15 minutes’ drive to the ski resort Gerlitzen. It offers pistes for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers. Park your car in the parking house and go to the ski resort Gerlitzen by using the cable car Kanzelbahn.
Spend your winter holiday on our farm. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
Animals
Our animals are always a highlight for guests of all ages!
The cats, sheep and Joschi and Snoopy, the donkeys, are always happy about some tender loving care or a snack.
Find our cattle and pigs in the barn. Get a first-hand experience of farm life! Milking the cows, feeding the animals, mucking out the barn - that’s what you can be part of here. If you’re lucky, you might even see a calf being born.
In summer, some of our young cattle spends its time on the alpine pastures, enjoying the great outdoors and the mountainous terrain.

Arrival
Coming from the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Villach Ossiacher See exit. Drive towards Ossiacher See, then towards Süduferstraße. But it is still about 2 km to the Ossiach community board. On the right, on a small hill, is our Haus Ase farm.
