Our products reflect the diversity of our farm. In our farm shop, we offer fine organic food. Find sweet fruit on the trees in our traditional orchard and on the shrubs. There are vegetables and cabbage on the fields and different types of mint on the herb fields.

We sell the following organic food products from our farm:

Grain, flour, flakes, herb teas, honey, propolis, fruit spirit, fruit brandy, beef, eggs, potatoes, muesli...

Our fruit trees provide us with:

Organic breakfast box

You can savour the diverse, colourful and precious gifts of nature at breakfast. We are happy to prepare a breakfast basket with organic food from our farm and other local farms for you. Which culinary delights can you expect? We will discuss this in detail with you because we would like to make sure that we can meet your wishes.

Our farm is home to cows with their calves, beautifully dotted goats called Tauernschecken, chicken, bees, our cats “Maxi” and “Wuschl” and sometimes also two pigs... You’re welcome to pay all of them a visit or help with the feeding.

In summer, our animals are grazing on the pastures surrounding the farmhouse. In winter, they lie on soft beds of straw in the barn. There’s always one of them crowing, grunting, meowing, mooing or bleating...

Earthworms are our very special friends. They dig through the earth and provide our fields with fertile soil. Countless hedges and traditional orchards are a refuge for insects and birds.

Sustainability is on everyone's lips. The word itself is almost a bit cliché. But not the practice! For us, it is a living reality every day.

Our constant endeavor is to cultivate this piece of land with love and care. In the end, we want to hand it over to the next generation in a "better" state: with more humus in the fields, numerous fruit trees, ridges, avenues, ponds, wet meadows, and valuable habitat for both humans and animals.

We farm according to the guidelines of biodynamic agriculture, Demeter. Natural rhythms of life dictate our actions.

Our fields thrive without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Instead, we rely on natural cycles, crop rotation, and gentle soil tillage. Because healthy soil is the foundation for healthy food – and for a healthy future.

Animal welfare is our priority. Our animals live species-appropriately with plenty of space to roam, pastures, fresh air, and natural feed – just as nature intended. We believe: only those treated with respect can give back good things.

A circular economy that works. What grows in the field feeds our animals. What the animals provide strengthens the soil once again. This creates a closed loop that conserves resources and protects the environment.

In our private household too, we strive for sustainability: we operate our own photovoltaic system, have solar power, a wood chip heating system, our own drinking water supply, an e-charging station (also for our guests), waste separation, reusable packaging in the farm shop, an electric car...
