A warm welcome to our farm.
A very quiet location on the sunny plateau in Ötztal. The mountain village Niederthai has become an insider's tip because of its unique landscape, peace and solitude.
The apartments have everything to make you feel comfortable while on holiday here. You will certainly enjoy your family holiday here once you've tried our cooking with local and international specialities.
Land of adventure. The kids can experience a lot of things in and around our farm. The Kinderwelt (children's world) is a paradise for playing and running around for kids and grown-ups, too. There's plenty of variety for children of every age at the adventure playground, which has great playground equipment. You won't be bored there.
Children love the petting zoo. Very close contact with various animals, such as rabbits, guinea pigs, pot-bellied pigs, ponies, horses and lamas. Horseriding is possible from Mo-Fr!
In Winter the Niederthai Card is inclusive, all snowsports for free! We look forward to seeing you!

About Us
Escape from the hectic world. Immerse yourself in peace and tranquility. Winter here is pure and genuine. Rustic landscapes, village character, tranquility, and abundant nature. Our farm is located far away from the hustle and bustle on the quiet sunny plateau of Niederthai.
One of the most snow-sure and best-groomed cross-country skiing areas in Tyrol starts right on our doorstep. The ski school and lifts are just a few steps away, and the major winter sports centers of the Ötztal, such as Hoch Ötz, Sölden, Hochgurgl, and Obergurgl, can be reached within half an hour. Cross-country skiing, guided winter hikes, tobogganing, skiing, and much, much more await you during your winter holiday in Niederthai.
In winter, prices include the Niederthai Card!! Your personal Niederthai Card allows you to use, among other things, the following services for free:

We are very proud to present our new farm shop, where you will find products from the llamas & alpacas, the Ötztal Alpine Apiary, 'Mit Liebe gemacht by katy' and the Niederthai farmers..
Duvets and pillows, knitting and crochet wool, alpaca wool soap, headbands & hats. In addition to honey, there are also honey sweets, propolis drops, propolis tinctures, lip balm sticks, and honey mead.
To ensure you start the day off right, homemade smoked sausage, fresh eggs, farm butter, alpine cheese & bacon are of course a must for breakfast.

Arrival without a car:
Ötztal Bahnhof, stop for all express trains. From here you can take the bus to Umhausen, stop "Feuerwehr" (fire station). From Umhausen, a bus runs to Niederthai four times a day; we are also happy to pick you up. Hiking and ski bus stop is right outside the front door.
A grocery store is located in Umhausen (7km). Directly in Niederthai there are several restaurants and our farm shop.
