You will find plenty of room and space for your holiday in our two newly built and cozy apartments. Here, tradition meets modern design, and nature is also reflected in the furnishings. Regional materials, light-flooded rooms, and unobstructed views of the outdoors make our Alpenresidenz Ötztal unique in both summer and winter.

Due to the unique location, right at the entrance of the valley, our apartment building is the perfect starting point for active vacationers. The Area 47, the ultimate outdoor playground, is located in the immediate vicinity – to be precise, it is only 6 minutes away by bike, as the cycle path leads right past our house. You can also visit the adventure land Widiversum, the Kids Park, the Hochoetz alpine pasture region, Lake Piburg, …

Even in winter, the location of our Alpenresidenz Ötztal is a huge advantage for you, as numerous ski areas are located nearby. Carve your turns in the ski resort of Hochoetz, Sölden, Obergurgl-Hochgurgl, Hochzeiger, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Ischgl, … and experience the sheer variety of winter in Tyrol.
