Plenty of wood, underfloor heating, and comfortable interior furnishings make this farmhouse a holiday home in a class of its own. It offers space for up to 10 people. A pellet heating system automatically provides warmth and hot water around the clock.
A covered, swinging table set and a wood grill invite you to linger outdoors. A spacious lawn equipped with privacy screens allows for undisturbed relaxation and sunbathing.
The farm is accessible by car all year round.

The Almferienhaus Russmann consists of two residential units and offers space for up to 10 people.
The large open-plan kitchen with dining area and living area, with satellite TV, as well as 1 room with a double bed, one room with 2 double beds, a large relaxation room with a double bed made of stone pine, and two bathrooms form one living unit with approx. 130 m² of living space. Available amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, bread slicer, and a wood stove. Hand, bath, and kitchen towels are also provided.
The second bathroom offers the possibility of connecting with the smaller apartment for shared use of both residential units.
The smaller "Koralmblick" apartment offers generous space for 2 people. It includes a kitchen with an electric stove, fridge, freezer, and cooking utensils. The bedroom features a solid double bed made of larch wood from our own forest. A toilet, shower, and bathtub are, of course, part of the amenities.

We kindly ask you to call us at least one day prior to your arrival to discuss the arrival details. Access is via the A2 Süd motorway, exit Wolfsberg Nord, then 5 km in the direction of Hintergumisch.
The mild climate in Südkärnten gurantee bathing weather from the beginning of May. In the eastern part of Carinthia, the Lavanttal, create food producers really culinary experiences.
