About Us
Romantic holiday in the Pöllatal nature and landscape conservation area
Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in our chalet at 1,340 metres above sea level in a cosy holiday atmosphere for up to 8 people. Our alpine chalet offers 130m² of living space with an infrared cabin, jacuzzi, covered terrace and a BBQ grill with a spring-water beer cooler and infrared patio heater. The Katschberg ski area is only a 10-minute drive away, and the free ski bus is just 3 km away. Directly from our chalet, you will find a beautiful cross-country ski trail, which also serves as the starting point for several ski tours. Perfect for some traditional chalet fun is a stop at the Schoberblick snack station, which is only a 5-minute walk from the chalet and also features a natural ice curling rink in winter.

About Us
Our beautiful alpine chalet is situated in the alpine pastures of the front Pöllatal valley at an altitude of 1,340 meters. It is easily accessible by car, even in winter. Just 3 kilometers down the valley is the first ski bus stop, where the free ski bus takes you to the nearest ski area, the Katschberg. Only 200 meters up the valley from the chalet is the Schoberblickhütte alpine inn, which is also open in winter for some cozy cabin fun after a rustic snowshoe hike. Snowshoes can be rented from us for a small fee. Our guests can also reserve the natural curling rink at the Schoberblickhütte. Cross-country ski trails and registered ski touring routes can be started directly from the chalet.

Coming from Salzburg on the A10 motorway, take the Rennweg exit and turn left towards Katschberg.
Continue for approx. 5 km towards Pöllatal, or simply call us and we will be happy to accompany you to our alpine chalet.
