We are looking forward to offering you lots of traditional culinary delights produced on our farm: “Kärntner Nudeln” - Carinthia’s signature dish (a cheese-filled type of pasta similar to ravioli), “Erdäpfelnudeln” (the same with a potato-based filling), “Fleischnudeln” (the same with a meat-based filling), spinach dumplings, salami, bacon, sausages, bread, butter, fresh curd cheese, eggs, different types of jams and - well known beyond our valley’s border - traditional sweet delicacies such as “Reindling” (yeast dough cake with honey and cinnamon), “Zuckerreinkerln” (mini yeast dough cakes with sugar) and “Germteigzopf” (braided yeast loaf).
