Adelwöhrer farmhouse

This charming farmhouse offers five cozy bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and space for up to 20 people.
Ideal for large families, family celebrations, groups of friends, getaways, birthdays, or bachelor parties – for all those moments you want to experience together.

The fully equipped kitchen and the cozy larch wood parlor with a large table create space for cooking, eating, and long evenings together.
A special highlight in the house is the rustic, traditional smokehouse kitchen with a table stove and wood-burning oven – perfect for baking pizza and enjoying it together.

There is also plenty of space outside for special moments:
The large terrace with a spacious table, covered lounge, romantic campfire pit, outdoor kitchen with wood and gas grill, warming room, and hot tub invites you to relax in the midst of nature.

Various animals live on the farm and can be visited at any time.
Surrounded by lovingly cultivated nature reserves, picturesque walking trails, and an idyllic natural pond, it is a place to discover, breathe deeply, and unwind.

The playground in the hay barn offers variety even in bad weather with a pool table, table tennis, and table soccer. Various vehicles and play options are available for children.

Culinary delights become an experience here—whether indoors, in the smokehouse, or outside at the fire pit and outdoor kitchen.

Right next to the farmhouse is the organic shop with a large selection of organic products.
Breakfast is also well taken care of: organic pastries in the farmhouse, products from the organic shop, or a small organic breakfast are available.

House guests receive a 10% discount in the organic shop.

A restaurant right on the farm and numerous taverns in the surrounding area ensure culinary diversity.

Perfect location for summer and winter excursions

Aqualux Therme Fohnsdorf, Red Bull Ring Spielberg, Oberzeiring silver mine, fairy tale forest, Judenburg star tower, Rosenkogel local mountain, and the Lachtal, Hohentauern, Oberzeiring, and Kreischberg ski areas.
Shopping facilities are also nearby.

Write great stories, discover the wonders of nature, and simply let time stand still.

Reviews
Sustainability

Sustainability and a conscious approach to nature and resources are particularly important to us at Adelwöhrerhof. Our farm is surrounded by lovingly cultivated nature reserves, meadows, and forests that provide habitats for many animals and plants.

Our forest is only carefully thinned and sustainably maintained. We use the wood obtained in this way for heating the farm, as well as for our wood-burning stoves and fireplaces.

We also take care to use existing buildings and materials responsibly when maintaining our farm. The farmhouse has been renovated with great care—existing components, wood, windows, and materials have been preserved, refurbished, and reused instead of being replaced. Many wooden elements have been stripped of old layers of paint and restored to their original condition.

The existing building fabric is also being put to good use in the barn. Since our animals spend most of the year on the pastures and grazing lands around the farm, parts of the large barn building have been repurposed. Today, our organic shop is located in the former barn area, and a room for workshops and events related to food, crafts, and farming knowledge is currently being added.

The organic shop on the farm sells carefully selected organic products for everyday needs. We attach great importance to sustainable production, quality, and short transport routes.

In our everyday lives, we also take care to use energy, water, and food responsibly. Much of the work on the farm is carried out in harmony with the seasons and nature.

The result is a place where agriculture, nature, and sustainable living go hand in hand as a matter of course.
