How to reach us by car

The municipality of Heiligenblut lies to the far north-west of Kärnten in the administrative district of Spittal an der Drau. It borders Salzburg to the north (Uttendorf, Kaprun, Fusch and Rauris), East Tyrol to the south-west (Kals and Nussdorf/Debant) and the municipality of Großkirchheim within Kärnten. Heiligenblut is located at 46°57'30" north latitude in the south to 47°07'56" northern latitude in the north and from 12°39'21" east of Greenwich in the west to 12°57'13" east of Greenwich in the east.

How to reach us by train
Approaching from the north (Germany or Vienna area via the Westbahn), the route continues via Salzburg, Bischofshofen and Badgastein to Mallnitz-Obervellach and Spittal-Millstätter Lake.

From the south and east (Italy, Slovenia, Hungary or Vienna via the Südbahn), reach our railway station via Klagenfurt and Villach.

InterCity and EuroCity trains stop at Mallnitz-Obervellach and Spittal-Millstätter every 2 hours.
