Typical mountain farm in quiet location, wonderful view, edge of municipality, residence separate, 2 well-maintained, as new apartments "Tusna" or "Matines" with balcony/own garden (barbecue), own playground for 2/4 - 6 persons (approx. 55-70 m²) hiking trails, cross-country ski runs, Dorfbahn/hiking bus 2 minutes' walk away. Also children's playground, fun park, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, riding stables, forest rope park. Vitalised drinking water, bread roll service, farm produce.
In winter: Ski/snow sports instructors in the house. The Dorfbahn ski region and children's ski field are easily reached on foot, free toboggan use, ski room, ski boot drying rack

Traditional, well-maintained mountain farm at the edge of Serfaus, peaceful location and wonderful views. Just 2 minutes walk to the village railway, which takes you directly to the ski region in a maximum of 6 minutes, as well as cross-country ski runs, hiking trails, ski descent down to the house when conditions are good (no slope). You can also expect 2 well-maintained holiday apartments spanning 70 m² for 2, 4 or 6 persons made with spruce wood, balcony or garden (barbecue possibility), milk and fresh bread roll service, farmhouse produce. Animals on the farmyard... "Farm holiday" and "mountain and ski guide".
