With only one ski pass, the “Ski Alpin Card”, you have access to three ski resorts. Fun for all ages is included! Everyone will find the perfect piste to ski down.

Adventures on the Mountain and at the Lake
Explore the unique landscape as you hike on the mountain Schmittenhöhe right next to the town of Zell am See. The cable car takes you to the top, to an altitude of 2,000m. On the mountain Kitzsteinhorn, it’s not only possible to go alpine skiing in summer, but also to hike across a glacier. Passionate cyclists can choose from an abundance of tours and trails for mountain bikes and racing bicycles. Would you like to go for a leisurely ride on an e-bike? There’s a number of delightful routes. Follow the “Tauernradweg”, a long-distance cycle path, to the Krimml Waterfall and soak up the beauty of nature.
Lake Zeller See is arguably one of Austria’s most beautiful lakes. With its crystal-clear waters, it’s the perfect place for a refreshing dip after some exercise in the great outdoors. Join a boat cruise around the lake or try water sports. There’s a great choice of different activities for the whole family.

1. Skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn
Skiing at its best from autumn to late spring on pistes covered with natural snow at an altitude of 3,000m. The connection “Kaprun-Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn” takes you from the village centre of Kaprun up to the glacier via two new cable cars. Those who are not fond of skiing should visit the “Gipfelwelt 3000” with spectacular art installations made of ice, a panoramic lookout point and a restaurant on the summit. Everything’s accessible all year round.
2. A Boat Cruise on Lake Zeller See
In summer, there’s plenty of activities to engage in at Lake Zeller See. You can go swimming in one of the public pools, do some water sports such as surfing, sailing or stand-up paddleboarding and much more.

A trip to the “Kaprun High Mountains Reservoirs” is a must-do for everyone who stays in this region. The top of the 107m dam at “Mooserboden” is only accessible by bus and via an inclined elevator. A multimedia guide gives you an insight during your way up. Once you’re on top, at an altitude of 2,000m, you can walk along the shores of the reservoirs or book a guided tour of the dam. There’s a permanent exhibition on the glacier, the construction of the dam and the generation of electricity.
