The farm is cultivated as a dairy business with a second income from room rental.
The nearby Ödensee, the unspoilt high fenlands and the rich forest of the area turns your holiday into an experience full of new experiences. Bathing in the nearby lakes with drinking water quality : Ödensee, Grundlsee, Altausseersee; directly on the bike paths R 21 and R 19; ideal starting point for Nordic walking, hiking and mountain excursions.

Ice skating, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing (classic and skating along approx. 130 km of ski runs), skiing and snowboarding in the ski regions: The Tauplitz (www.tauplitz.at) in Bad Mitterndorf and Loser (www.loser.at) in Altaussee. Ideal starting point for ski tours, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
