The 120 m² Chalet Ingeborg is located on the farm next to the manor house and can accommodate 4-6 people. A spacious anteroom leads to the cozy farmhouse parlor with adjoining, fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of the farmhouse parlor is the large, old tiled stove for cold, cozy winter days. A large bathroom and the adjoining 2 separate bedrooms ensure a restful sleep. Another room with double bed and private bathroom is accessible through a separate entrance.

A real highlight of our country estate holiday world: the luxury chalet Moseralm in a secluded location at 1,600 meters above sea level. Lovingly furnished with alpine 5-star facilities, you can enjoy peace, originality and, above all, pure freedom. Relax in the separate wellness house and look through the large panorama window at the 3,000 m peaks of the Hohe Tauern. A subsequent dip in our own mountain water bathing pond invigorates all the senses

Our luxury chalet can be easily reached by car (all-terrain four-wheel drive vehicle with at least 20 cm ground clearance) in 20 minutes from the Moserhof estate and can therefore be lived in all year round. In winter, 4 additional snow chains are required.

The rustic "Ploatschtratten" alpine hut is about 40 minutes by car (off-road four-wheel drive vehicle with at least 20 cm ground clearance required) from the Moserhof estate. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains and lush alpine meadows at 1,800 meters in the high mountains. Here you can enjoy the distractions of everyday life, the tranquility and originality of nature from its most beautiful side. Of course, we cook and heat with wood. Instead of a refrigerator, there is a cold room on the hillside. The special highlight of this alpine hut is the alpine panorama bathhouse with a stylish tub and wood-fired sauna.

Our 30 m² Zirbensuite (stone pine suite) is the perfect holiday apartment with a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchenette. The dining area is suitable for two adults with a maximum of two small children and is furnished with lovingly restored Swiss stone pine furniture. It also has its own spacious, furnished balcony, which is accessible from the staircase.

Gutshofsuite is our premium holiday apartment with an area of 120 m². It is appointed with solid wood furniture in country-house style and has a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen/living room with fireplace, lounge area, dining area, satellite TV, large south-facing balcony, two double rooms with extra bed and a bathroom.The apartment also has the advantage of being especially quiet and centrally located.
