Our approximately 17 dairy cows with names like Flower, Zirm or Star give the best milk, from which we partly produce yogurt, cottage cheese and cream cheese. We also have chicken walking in the green gras and giving us tasty eggs.
The woods behind our farm offer plenty of firewood for long and cold winters, delicious berries and mushrooms and of course fresh water from our own well. A large farm garden with all kinds of vegetables and herbs, as well as our fruit trees,supply us with healthy and tasty fruits and vegetables. We make jam, tea and juices.
On our farm, along with the dairy cows, pups and calves, there are also goats, sheep, hens, cats (Max & Moritz), two bunnies (Caruso & Giovanni), our donkey Naomi, a miniature horse with foal and of course Lisl, our Haflinger mare. Lisl will also take us on a carriage to the Jägersee lake and back again to Schwabhof farm.
