About us
Amidst theSalzburg mountain landscape on a plateau at an altitude of 1.000 metres at the entrance of the Rauris valley, with a perfect panoramic view of the mountains lies ourbio farm. Can be easily reached by car via the Rauris country road.
Around the farm there is a large sunbathing area with playgroundlots of activities for children and families. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Salzach valley. In just a few minutes by car you can e.g. get to the Gastein valley, Dienten, Zell am See, Kaprun or the Fuscher valley via theGrossglockner High Alpine Road.
A delicious, ample farmer's breakfast for the perfect start to the day with regional and home-made productsfrom our organic farm. The 3-course evening meal with salad bar rounds the day off perfectly.
Whether ina room or holiday apartment, enjoy the very personal service at the Sauschneid farm. As a special extra you are welcome to stay overnight on ouralpine pasture (self-catering).
For mind, body and soul. If you want to do yourself good, relax in our spa area with sauna, infrared cubicle and steam sauna. Extra charge for using spa - € 3.00 per person.

About us
At our farm, in the middle of the Salzburg mountain landscape on a plateau at an altitude of 1000 metres at the beginning of the Rauris valley, you will have a perfect panoramic view of the mountains. It can be easily reached by car via the Rauris country road.
You can reached the ski region of your choice in a few minutes' drive. There is a smaller family ski region in Rauris or the larger ski regions in Gastein, Dienten am Hochkönig, Zell am See and Kaprun for skiers looking for more demanding slopes.
After a full day of skiing, a warm sauna, steam sauna or infrared cubicle awaits, and on request you can receive an in-house massage. Extra charge for using spa € 3.00 per person.
Afterwards round off the evening with an opulent four-course dinner. Around the farm there is lots of space for children (if they aren't too tired from skiing) to play about, go sleigh riding, build an igloo or simply have a snowball fight.
