Alpine yoga & hiking is a new and varied way of experiencing and enjoying nature, because it fits together wonderfully. Yoga doesn't stop at the edge of the mat, no, we turn nature into a mat. We will include yoga units in the tours, such as an easy morning hike to the Alm followed by a yoga unit and Alm brunch. Or midday yoga on a mountain peak with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Have you ever practiced yoga at a mountain lake? No? Then it's about time. Some units (depending on the tour plan) also take place in our yoga room or garden. After the tours/units there is time to relax in our wellness area with sauna, infrared, steam bath and tea bar. Our hot-tub awaits you in the garden, filled with pleasantly warm water and invites you to linger. A soothing massage rounds off the day. Our kitchen spoils you every morning and evening with all kinds of delicacies from our own farm and with regional products (also for vegetarians and vegans). And if "man" thinks that this is only for women, we can help to work on the "attitude". Come with us on a very special journey.

Claudia accompanies you in the yoga units and the hikes. Both are individually adapted to the needs of the participants. We put together an individual week for you, hike to the loveliest huts, practice yoga on mountains with great views or at the crystal-clear mountain lake and find places of power around us.

The Lesachtal is different. There are no crowds here in the valley, which is on the border between Italy, the Carnic Alps and the Lienz Dolomites. With its plateaus and highlands the valley offers an attractive environment for skiers, skaters and biathletes. Only the best is good enough: The border cross-country skiing trail is over 60 km and is tended daily. World champions train here - Ole Einer Björndalen has his main residence in Lesachtal!

Yoga & snow - not a good match? Who says so? We think they go together perfectly.

Do you like snow? The crunch under your shoes with every step? Do you enjoy that very special kind of peace that a winter landscape can give you? The feeling of being completely grounded? The late winter sun gently tickling your face?  And you like to move around? Away from the hustle and bustle of the big ski slopes?  THIS is a completely new way to combine nature and yoga.

We start every morning before breakfast (around 7.30 am) with an activating yoga session to prepare for the day and recharge our batteries. In the afternoon we find the ideal balance after the physical activity of the day with a session of yin yoga to do something good for our tired muscles.

On Mondays, my husband Erwin and snowshoes will take you on a snowshoe taster hike. The time between the sessions on the other days is at your disposal for your own programme of choice. We will be happy to help you put this together - whether actively on a toboggan or on an individual snowshoe route, simply with a book on the terrace in the sun or in the hot tub filled with cosy warm water.   For relaxation, you will find a sauna, infrared, steam bath and tea bar in our wellness area, as well as our hot tub in the garden. A soothing massage rounds off the day. Our kitchen spoils you daily in the morning and evening with all kinds of delicacies from our own farm and with regional products (also for vegetarians and vegans - please register in advance when booking).

I, Claudia, will accompany you during the yoga sessions. The sessions will be individually adapted to the needs of the participants.
