About us
The Hinteregger house and the tourist area of St. Oswald-Bad Kleinkirchheim invites you once again to enjoy family rejuvenation or a health break in our natural surroundings. You can recharge your batteries here with hiking - golf - tennis - horse riding - fun in the thermal baths or just by relaxing and unwinding.
Our farm has been organic for the last 15 years. Without the use of chemical or mineral fertilisers and fodder. As organic farmers and a Naturkreis-Betrieb (a company which takes a holistic and respectful approach to nature) we are dedicated to following nature's cycles. We view nature's strengths as one harmonious entity. Every day we live a natural life which follows the rhythms of the seasons. Live it together with us! Fetch your eggs for breakfast in the morning from the hen coop. Breathe in the fresh green of the meadows as you mow the grass. Herd the cows from the "Halt" with us. From morning until night enjoy specialities - sweet and savoury - from our organic farm.

Neben der täglich frischen Milch unserer Kühe und den Eiern der Hühner, stellen wir selbst Butter, Topfen, Glunder Käse und Liptauer her.
Habt ihr schon einmal in einen Bienenstock geschaut? Martin zeigt es euch gerne! In guten Jahren haben wir auch stets eigenen Gebirgsblütenhonig aus den Nockbergen von unseren fleissigen Carnica Bienen.
Wir produzieren unser eigenes Rind- und Schweinefleisch welches wir auch zu Speck, Salami, Hartwürstel uvm. veredeln.
Unsere Küche ist geprägt von Regionalität und der Philosophie des Slow Food Village Bad Kleinkirchheim.
