Attersee-Chalet Angermann

Our farmhouse was completely restored in 2006 and renovated a second time in 2021. It has not lost any of its traditional, farmhouse charm. The windows, walls of the living room and wooden beams look back on a history of 300 years.

Spend time together in the living room with country-style table, sofa corner and satellite TV. The five bedrooms allow everyone to have privacy in a quiet setting. The apartment comes with two bathrooms - one of them features a bathtub and washing machine, the other one a shower.

The kitchen comes with top-notch facilities such as dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven and stove, sparkling water makers and all-in-one coffee and espresso maker. The private wooden terrace features loungers, garden furniture, a barrel hot tub (an extra fee applies) and barbecue as well as a beautiful view of the lake and the orchard.

A fully automated pellet stove brings warmth and comfort to the apartment on cold days. All of the four bedrooms come with solid timber furniture that are mostly built with wood from our own forest. Every bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There’s a washing machine. One bedroom comes with a sofa bed on which two other guests may sleep comfortably.

On the largely covered wooden terrace with loungers and garden furniture as well as a private barrel hot tub (an extra fee applies), table tennis and barbecue, everyone will have a good time - all while taking in the beautiful lake view.

Wake up to the first rays of sunshine, have breakfast in the morning sun on the spacious rooftop terrace facing south, take in the splendid view towards west overlooking the lake as you’re basking in the sun in the lounger or sit down in the shady loggia, mountains and the church and watch sunset in the evening.

The sunlit, spacious apartment is located in the attic of the Attersee Chalet, on the first floor, easily accessible. The living area of the loft faces the lake and features a large leather sofa with smart TV, table soccer and a bar table. There’s a dining area with solid timber furniture and a fully equipped kitchen incl. electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, sparkling water maker and all-in-one coffee and espresso maker.

The four bedrooms and the three bathrooms (one of them with washing machine and bathtub) come with furniture that the carpenter has built from our own ash wood.

The infrared sauna is the perfect place to warm up on a cold day after a long country walk.
